Refund & Cancellation Policy

Terms for Memberships and Event Ticket Sales
To manage event headcount, venue bookings, and catering costs, Friends of the Vine enforces the following cancellation guidelines:

 

Policy Breakdown

• Membership Fees: Annual or recurring membership dues are non-refundable once processed, except under special circumstances approved by the Board.

• Event Ticket Cancellations: Ticket fees are non-refundable due to venue commitments, but tickets may be transferred to another eligible individual (please notify us of guest changes in advance).

• Event Cancellations by Society: If an event is canceled or rescheduled due to severe weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
