We love capturing the magic of our tastings! Photos and short videos are frequently taken during Friends of the Vine events to document club activities, update our website, and share on our social media platforms.

Media Usage & Opt-Out Process

• Notice of Filming/Photography: By attending a Friends of the Vine event, you acknowledge that you may appear in promotional media captured on behalf of the society.

• Opting Out: We fully respect your desire for privacy. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed:

  1. Notify an event organizer or board member upon check-in at the venue.

  2. If a photo or video featuring you is published online and you would like it removed, please email us at [Insert Email Address] with details of the image, and we will promptly take it down or blur your image.
