Friends of the Vine Wine Society encourages the appreciation of fine wines in a safe, legal, and responsible manner.

 

Disclaimer & Waiver

• Personal Responsibility: Attendance at any Friends of the Vine event is voluntary. Each participant assumes full personal responsibility for their safety, wellbeing, and alcohol consumption.

• Safe Transportation Required: Members and guests are strictly prohibited from operating a motor vehicle while impaired. We strongly recommend planning ahead by arranging for rideshare services (e.g., Uber/Lyft), designated drivers, taxis, or public transit when attending tastings.

• Limitation of Liability: By participating in society activities, members and guests release Friends of the Vine, its officers, board members, and event venue hosts from any and all claims, liabilities, or injuries arising from participation in events or travel to and from society functions.
