Friends of the Vine is thrilled to welcome you back to our sparkling tradition—our Annual Bubbles Brunch! It’s the perfect way to sip, savor, stock up and sparkle your way into the holiday season.
Your hosts, Gilles and Andrea Brassard, along with Chef Dominique at Cassis Bistro, will treat us to a 3-course brunch paired with plenty of sparkling wines.
The fabulous Laurie MacKay of Soulvines is thrilled to return for the third year in a row to co-host this sparkling holiday brunch. Laurie is a drinks columnist on CBC Radio, a certified sommelier, wine educator and founder of her own company, Soulvines. Known for her engaging storytelling and approachable style, she brings her signature mix of expertise and enthusiasm to every glass.
