Award-winning Chef Duncan Ly has crafted the exquisite five course dinner and Jen McAlpine, representing Gerard Bertrand in Western Canada, will be our host and guide our wine journey. Wine pairings have been selected by a panel of members - there will by 2 wines with some courses so you can choose your
