Annual AGM

We look forward to seeing you at the 2024 Friends-of-the-Vine Annual General Meeting.

The AGM will be hosted at the Hangar Flight Museum, which is located at 4629 McCall Way NE, on Tuesday, May 7th, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. and the AGM will commence shortly thereafter.

The AGM will include a brief review, discussion of general business and the approval of the 2023 Financial Statements. There will also be an opportunity to nominate and elect a new Board of Directors. If anyone would like to volunteer or nominate someone to be on the Board, this will be the time to put your name forward.

Following the AGM will be an opportunity to mingle and enjoy wine and charcuterie.

Note that for 2024 Members, there is no cost to attend the AGM; however, registration is required. The cost for guests (aka non-members) is $30 per person, which will make them a 2024 member.

By the way … did you know that the Hangar Flight Museum is at the intersection of McKnight and McCall because those roads were named after WWI and WWII flying aces from Calgary?
