We are pleased to open the registration for our Spring Equinox Chinese Dinner

Join us as we celebrate our first event of the year and spring equinox at the wonderful Bill's Peking House. This is a continuation of last year’s successful Lunar New Year Chinese dinner. However, we are planning to out do last year’s Chinese dinner.

 

What we have planned this year is a celebration of the Spring Equinox with a Chinese-style (Cantonese)banquet of 11-courses, including Peking Duck, paired with 7 wines.

Dinner Menu

  1. Peking Duck

  2. Duck consume

  3. Pork pot-stickers

  4. Seafood stir-fry in a bird`s nest

  5. Shiitake mushrooms with vegetables in oyster sauce

  6. Stir-fry lobster pieces in ginger and spring onion sauce

  7. Salt & pepper fish filet

  8. Sweet & Sour pork

  9. Fried rice

  10. Braised noodles

  11. Egg custard tarts dessert

There will be a reception wine and seven wines to pair with the above dinner menu

Capacity

Space is limited and reservations will be made on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. We have space for 40 guests. After which, we will start a waitlist and add to the event by tables of 10ppl. If you would like to book a table of 10, please ​contact us directly to do so.

Membership fees are $30 per person! Your membership is only the difference between the price of a member and non-member event ticket and allows you an incredible saving on all events throughout the year. It also gives you an opportunity to order wines at our special discounted price on any event you are not able to attend. 

 

Annual 2024 membership renewal is now open! You can renew today, and if you have a friend who would like to attend this event, who is not a member, they can buy a membership today and enjoy members’ pricing for events through to December 31st, 2024.
